"Daal Pakwan" is Loved By All Sindhi's and Served On Breakfast, Daal Pakwan is A Heavy Breakfast Just Like Steaming Daal With Chopped Onion and Sweet and Spicy Chutney and At Last Crunchy Sev On Top. The Pakwaan is A Deep Fried Cracker and The Cracker Contains Jeera.
Chola Dabhal is A Typical Sindhi Loved Snack, Which is Mostly Served With "Pav". Basically it is Prepared By The Base Of "Bread Or Pav" and On The Top Of It The Steaming Gravy Of Chole is Been Poured and Garnished With Chopped Onions and Sev, Just Yumm.... Also The Best Place To Have Chola Dabhal is In "Ulhasnagar" Called "Kishore Pattice" Where You Get A Great Big Piece Of Daal Pattice Poured With Steaming Hot Spicy Flavour Full Chole and Two Piece Of Bread.
The Lip Smacking Treat Of The Moist Buttons and Spicy and Tangy Water Garnished With Crunchy Onions and Some Farsan On Top. Basically Button Papdi is Very Close To Pani Puri But The In Exchange Of Papdi Button Has Taken Place, Now Button is A Crunchy Baked Thing Which is Been Sunked In Tamarind Water Before Preparing It Into The Plate and Just Topped With Some Boiled Potatoes, Extra Spiced Green Chutney, Chopped Onions and Crunchy Farsan.
